Guitar Lessons The guitar is one of the most popular musical instruments in use today. We offer the highest level of professional music lessons for the evolving guitarist in electric, bass, classical and acoustic.The lessons are taken from the RGT curriculum and we incorporate songs that you like to learn too. The grades, if taken are accredited by the London College of Music and UCAS points can be attained for grades 6, 7 and 8.

Drum Lessons We teach all aspects of theory and practical drumming using Trinity Guildhall and Rock School grades for students who are looking to take exams. We cover all styles of music including Rock, Pop, Funk Blues, Latin, Jazz and Rudimental snare drumming.

Singing Lessons From beginners wanting to learn the basics to semi-pro singers wanting to find their 'true voice' and take their singing to the next level, our singing tuition caters for all ages and levels.

Piano Tuition Everyone is born with a degree of natural musical ability. Here at The Old Music Mill we firmly believe that its never too late to start. so, regardless of where you are in your current piano development we are here to make a lasting difference to your piano playing for years to come.

Orchestral Instruments From violin, viola and cello to saxophone, trumpet and trombone, our programme provides specialised training at all levels from complete beginner to accomplished player.

Music Theory A solid grounding in the theory of music can make all the difference to your playing regardless of which instrument you play and whichever style of music you like. If you have an interest in learning more about the foundations of music, then this is for you.

Music Software Cubase, Ableton or Pro Tools. Learning music software from a professional tutor takes no time at all, speeding up your recording time and giving you the opportunity to create almost any musical sound imaginable. Our lessons provide a broad understanding of the techniques involved with recording, mixing and producing music.

Recording We provide the latest live and studio training in recording and engineering, microphone techniques, microphone placement, equalization, compression, gates, effects, editing, mixing and mastering. We have expertise in Logic Pro, Protools and Cubase DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations).
Our recording studio is available from as little as £10 per hour.

Rehearsal Room We have a large studio with drum riser stage to accommodate a sizeable band, as well as a live room with a floating floor and acoustic treatment.
Each room is equipped with a mixing deck, mic stands, mics and monitors.
A range of backline equipment and complete drum kits are available to hire. We also have a host of extras such as spare leads, drum sticks and effects pedals.

Our rehearsal rooms are available to hire for just £7 per hour including P.A and mics.
