OK so I came to the shop around 6.30pm after buying £70 odd pounds worth of goods oneof them was ice cream which they were not even frozen I live afew minutes away plus I said to the shop attendant Mike I think hid name was is that my cappuccino next to the counter on top I asked 2 times which he replied no once I got home & unpacked no cappuccino which was the main reason I went shopping & I know 100% I took it out of shopping trolly to be scanned! Im not pleased i really needed my coffee! I asked multiple times & he said no to not checking, what will you do to re in berst inconvenience to this I hope our shop is understanding & knows I shop there alot! So please I hope you can come up with a solution to me missing out on my cappuccino after asking multiple times & the ice creams this is the 1st time I've ever had to leave a review which saddens me after it takes alot to come out with 3 children whom are autistic too so I cannot return back today to solve this as it is raining & dark
