What We Do Different packages are available, including food,candy cart hire, entertainment, personalised invitations, party bags, balloons and so much more, all at affordable prices. We look forward to hearing from you!

Our Services We will arrive at your venue at least 1hr 30 mins before the party to ensure the room is ready for when your guests arrive. For larger events, we shall arrive in the morning or the evening before if possible, so please take this into consideration when booking your venue to ensure that no further costs will incur before you book What's The Theme.

Room Settings Room setting is £140 for up-to 35 children. Anything over 30 would be an additional £2 per head up to 40 guests, but please note that more time would be needed.

All room settings include chair covers, sash/tutu/cape etc, centre pieces, table confetti, themed lighting, lifesize cardboard figures, themed table decorations, one set of three balloons, table cloth, plates, cups and napkins and a little touch of magic!
Choose from any theme your child would like, whether it be princess, pirate, fairies, super heroes, Toy Story, X-Box, pop party.. You decide and we will accommodate to suit you

Catering Childrens party food starts from just £3.50 head when booked with any room dressing. All freshly prepared on the day including themed vegetarian jellies, themed shaped sandwiches, sweets and treats and unlimited juice!

Can cater for Halal, Vegetarian, vegan, nut allergies and gluten free
but further costs could apply!

Candy Cart Hire Candy cart hire, fully loaded for £120 including sweets, £75 without sweets.
T and C'S Will also require a a fully refundable £100 security deposit to cover for any damages that could occur.

Please be advised that some sweets could contain nuts, traces of nut or nut oils. What's the theme cannot be responsible for any issues resulting from any food allergies. Please ensure that young children are supervised at all times to avoid choking. We can not be held responsible for safety issues that may occur from our equipment or consumption of confectionery at your event.
