Business Profile

Welcome I would like to extend a warm welcome to you from all of us here at Beech Hall. What matters most to us is the well-being of your child. This starts in our Nursery, where our enthusiastic staff ensure those first precious learning experiences are fun-filled and memorable.

About Us The small size of our classes in the Infant, Junior and Senior departments enable us to know your son or daughter as a unique individual, allowing us to help and guide them through their studies.

Beech Hall School offers a distinct and exciting alternative to larger independent schools for parents and their children, providing a breadth of educational opportunities and a high level of individual attention within a beautiful environment. We aim to keep class sizes small to enable us to provide this individual care, whilst attracting a number of able pupils through Scholarships and/or bursaries.

We provide a high degree of ‘value added’. This is measured by academic results and activities that increase the range of a pupil’s experience and self assurance.

We make good use of opportunities presented by ICT and continuously research into how pupils learn best. We aim to follow national initiatives that we believe to be in the pupils’ best interests. Beech Hall is a member of ISA (The Independent Schools Association).

The involvement of parents in school life continues to develop through the many events organised by our Parents’ Association.

The school grounds are under continuous improvement with the aim of offering the school as a venue for organisations and functions.

Our contributions to the local community and beyond means we work closely with local organisations – helping each other.

Visitors are always welcome, so why not come along and discover why I am so proud of this school and what makes us so special.

I look forward to meeting you.

Mrs Geraldine Yandell, Headmistress
