What waste can you move?

We can move furniture and appliances (small surcharge for fridges and freezers), full house clearances, general waste, garden waste and commercial waste.

What type of rubbish can you not move?

We do not take any hazardous materials. This includes gas, oil, propane tanks, toxic materials, chemicals and asbestos. We do not take any liquids.

Can you give me an exact price before you arrive?

Our prices are based on the volume and weight of waste being disposed of. Before any work commences a final price will be agreed and this will not increase providing no more waste is added.

Do you recycle?

All items are taken to a waste transfer station. We’re proud to partner with responsible transfer stations that guarantee at least a 95% diversion rate for mixed general waste. Other items may be donated to local charities or hospices.

Are you fully licensed and insured?

We are a fully licensed registered waste carrier (licence no: CBDU409710) with the Environment Agency, a member of the Trading Standards Buy With Confidence scheme and Which Trusted Trader.

I rent out a property, the tenant has left it in a terrible mess. Can you clear everything out?

Yes, we specialise in full house clearances we can even remove the carpets for you.

Will I receive a waste transfer note?

We provide a waste transfer note for all completed jobs. This note informs you of the time and location of the disposal of your waste after we collect it.

I only have a settee to move is the job to small?

No, we welcome single items just the same as a full house clearance; no job is too big or too small.

Can you clear my rubbish even if I’m not on site?

Yes as long as this has been discussed beforehand, or we can ring ½ hour before we are due to arrive and meet you there.
