I am a resident that lives at one of the homes with lifeways Dale Valley View the residents urgently need new staff because we are stuck with agency at the moment and a lot of us don't like the agency staff and one of the staff told me that a lot of the residence don't want to have their support with agency staff and I don't blame them I don't trust agency staff i had a bad experience with them at my old care home so if any of the members of the public see this message contact Dale Valley View straight away the manager is urgently looking for new staff who so do us residents a favour so we can get rid of agency staff please.

I am a resident that lives at dale valley view and I hate living at Dale view valley because the staff and Manager don't treat me like a human being basically the staff and manager don't treat me the way a support worker is meant too treat you me and the manager used to get along with one another really well but then she rejected me and stoped caring about me and stoped giving me support time and stoped giving me hugs the sad thing was that she never explained why she did this she would always say to me i have to be professional but the thing is she never really acted professional in the first place neither did the staff and i don't feel safe here neither because the staff and manager allow people in the building people that are drug addicts and people that may have caused a serious crime and may have been to prison I'll be so glad when i no longer live at dale valley view anymore I don't like it here at all.
