Doula Support is still possible, technology is our friend.
The good news is apart from you being pregnant is that whatever lockdown scenario we are in, I am still able and willing to support you.
In many cases face to face support is still possible but there is anecdotal evidence that digital or distance doula support is as effective and transformative as face to face.
My support can be provided in a combination of ways. I am flexible, adaptable and responsive to your needs in any circumstance, whilst maintaining good Covid-19 protection protocols.

I am a mentored birth and postnatal Doula, based in Crewe but supporting families in North Staffs and North Shropshire as well as further afield in Cheshire.
I provide, support, care, and information in a non-judgemental framework, holding your hand while you negotiate the paths that being pregnant or raising a new family puts you on.
I am particularly passionate about protecting your mental health and your post-partum experience. Birthing a baby should make you feel like a Goddess, because that is what you are. I can help with that!
