Business Profile

Family run business At Quality Lets we believe in been fair and running a good decent agency, as such we do not charge any fees to the tenant. Our fees to the landlord are below average. Our full management fees are £245 per family tenancy or £95 per HMO tenant, then 10% of rent collected, this is full management not one where we continue to charge you fees for every little thing like letting a tenant in etc. We do not charge fees to landlords with existing portfolios.
